Key Responsibilities
1. To collaborate with various units within the business group OR the project team in order to understand and analyse their expectations for create visual designs
2. To submit visual design concepts for brainstorming by all concerned teams and approval in a timely manner
3. To convert the approved concepts to unique visual designs with suitable colours, shapes, and typography fonts seamlessly meeting the group's expectation
4. To work in a team supporting the Senior as well as junior Visual Designers in formulating, interpreting, visually articulating, and bring to life design improvements in old as well as new products
5. To follow-up and encourage the mentees whenever required to achieve their desired progress
6. To research and gather realistic information through constant market update, client feedbacks, brainstorm within the team and translate the same onto the designs
What we look for
We are looking for a dynamic social media graphic designer to be responsible for designing original content on online platforms and attracting consumers via social media. He/she should be highly motivated, creative, and possess solid knowledge of marketing competencies and able to work with little direction.
Advanced level proficiency in handling visual design software such as Adobe Creative Suite's Photoshop, and Illustrator. Additionally have basic knowledge of after effects and Premiere Pro to create the GIF's and videos
Must Have Qualifications
1. Master's or Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Graphic Design / Visual Arts / Fine Arts / Similar. A bachelor’s degree in an unrelated domain is also welcome provided he / she has required training and expertise on Visual Design.
2. More than 4 years of experience as a Visual Designer, or similar.
3. Exceptional creative abilities in Visual design
4. Experience of meeting strict deadlines
5. Excellent communication skill
