We're looking for a freelance Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a contract basis. While adhering to our employer value statement and brand guidelines, you will develop a number of materials. Presentations and educational materials, print and digital advertising, social media campaigns, event posters and flyers, website visuals, and video content all fall under this category. You will work on a number of short- and long-term initiatives with our marketing team and vendor partners, reporting to the Manager of Brand and Creative Services. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual who can process, react to, and solve problems as they arise in a collaborative atmosphere while working under tight deadlines. In addition, the candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Qualifications:
• Create promotional and automated email campaigns, landing pages, banner advertisements, and social media pictures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• The graphic designer must be able to put together many components of a design, such as branding programs, in accordance with the art director's instructions.
• Excellent design and organizational abilities, ability to operate as part of a team, ability to complete work on time and on budget, acute attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple jobs and projects are all desirable qualities.
• Validate and enforce the use of appropriate images and logos in all internal and external communications. Before being used, all internal graphics, as well as any deviations from the aesthetics, shall be assessed and/or approved by the Marketing & Communications Manager.
• Develop effective creative to support talent engagement activities in collaboration with the marketing team and management.
• Coordinate the production of printed products that have been designed, developed, and approved by the Marketing & Communications Manager by an outside vendor.
• Possess the ability to design presentations and fact-based/educational materials for print, internet, and social media campaigns.
• Have 3 years of digital marketing design expertise, focusing on digital channels.
• Select the most appropriate ways for producing the desired visual effects and give recommendations for methods and materials to accomplish them.
• Maintain web pages, blogs, social networking websites, newsletters, newspapers, magazines, graphic design, artwork, and infographics, as well as assist with desktop publishing and presentations.
Skills:
• Strong PC skills and application expertise are required, including MS Excel, Hyperion, and SAP.
• A bachelor's degree in graphic arts or visual arts/communications that has been authorized is required. If the candidate possesses a related Master's degree in visual information and graphics design from a recognized institution, or a high school certificate or equivalent, and at least ten (10) years of recent visual information and graphics design experience, the bachelor's degree may be waived.
• It is necessary to have a solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat) as well as Macintosh computers.
• Web-based collaborative software knowledge.
• Extensive experience with illustrating concepts by creating a rough layout of art and copy in terms of arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts, obtaining concept approval by submitting a rough layout for approval, and preparing finished copy and art for production and printing
