Bastorians Tech and Solutions Private Limited is seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a social media marketing company specializing in print-ready designs such as flyers, brochures, and flex designs, we are looking for an individual who can bring innovative ideas and exceptional design skills to our projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Develop engaging and visually appealing designs for social media marketing campaigns, including but not limited to graphics, illustrations, and animations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with our brand identity and objectives.
Create print-ready designs for various marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, banners, and promotional materials.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs remain fresh, relevant, and impactful.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Communicate effectively with team members to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Proven experience working as a graphic designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency setting.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including both digital and print media.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into compelling visual designs.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.
