Graphic Designer
The Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated graphic designer to join our growing company. You will collaborate with other designers to create effective and eye-catching images, videos and campaigns to increase our user base. As a graphic designer, we hope you can put your passion for design to create beautiful images, videos and compelling content. Your duties will include developing graphics for digital platforms to enhance our accompanying text.

Responsibilities
1) Create and design various materials for digital and print
2) Select colors, fonts, images, and layouts
3) Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
4) Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
5) Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company
6) Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
7) Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
8) Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
+) Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces
10) QA design for errors
11) Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
12) Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.
13) Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
14) Work closely with the product team on design artifacts (illustrations, animations, icons, logos etc) for various products
15) Design merchandise and promotional collateral
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
1) Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field
2) Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro and Illustrator
3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4) Impeccable Attention to detail
6) Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
7) Strong analytical skills
8) Time management and organizational skills
+) Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
10) Professional attitude and punctuality in meeting strict deadlines
11) Previous experience will be an added advantage
Salary Package : 3- 6 Lacs
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
