Responsibilities:
• Design and Produce Visual Content: Create compelling graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and more.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other designers to ensure a cohesive brand message.
• Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure that all graphics align with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Conceptualize and Design: Develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts for various projects.
• Handle Multiple Projects: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.
• Stay Up-to-Date: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Feedback and Improvement: Take feedback constructively and apply it to improve the design process.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creative solutions.
• Creativity: Strong creative skills and the ability to think outside the box.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
