Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who not only brings visuals to life but also understands the logic behind design—the why behind what we create.
You’ll be responsible for delivering compelling creatives that align with brand strategy, business goals, and platform-specific trends, especially LinkedIn and other key social media platforms.

Our principles are to offer quality and comfort, which have earned us a reputation for excellence and reliability in the travel industry.
From our humble beginnings in Jalgaon, we have grown to become a trusted name throughout the Jalgaon District of Maharashtra. Recently, we expanded our operations to Pune, aiming to connect various cities with seamless travel services. We have covered over 7 million kilometer's and transported more than 500,000 passengers annually, a testament to our commitment to safety, punctuality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Design engaging creatives, banners, carousels, and videos for LinkedIn and other social platforms.
Work closely with the marketing team to bring concepts to life that drive reach, engagement, and conversions.
Stay updated with design trends, LinkedIn content behavior, and social media best practices.
Develop visuals that reflect strategic thinking—not just aesthetic value.
Create brand-compliant designs while experimenting with new formats, layouts, and approaches.
Collaborate on campaigns, branding, product launches, and employer branding content.
Qualification:
Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma/Canva.
A strong sense of design logic and layout, with a user-first approach.
Understanding of social media formats, LinkedIn algorithms, and storytelling through design.
