Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphics Designer to join our team and help enhance our presence on various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, be highly creative, and proficient in design tools like Photoshop, Canva, or Illustrator.
Key Responsibilities:
Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, ads, and marketing campaigns.
Develop creative concepts that align with the company’s brand and marketing goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for our target audience.
Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
Meet deadlines while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
Strong graphic design skills and a good eye for visual content.
Familiarity with design tools.
Ability to take initiative, work independently, and come up with new design ideas.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (freshers are welcome!).
Experience with social media post design is a plus.
KPIs:
Number of graphics created per week/month.
Engagement rate on posts designed.
On-time completion of assigned design tasks.
