TNI Career Counselling (TCC) is a global admissions advisory, career counseling, and test prep venture catering to undergraduate, Masters, PH.d, MBA & EMBA programs. Additionally, we work with institutions to provide counselling resources, workshops, webinars and other outreach activities. Students and professionals reach us through our varied engagement efforts. Having serviced 1000+ clients in over 4 years, we have access to over 50 qualified mentors and associates who provide mentoring on test prep and admissions guidance led by our founder Mr. Dhaval Mehta (University of Michigan & Columbia University graduate). We cover programs in 1200+ universities across 10+ countries. With clients across India, US, UAE, and HK, we strive to have a healthy mix of students across high school, college, and working professionals. We work with institutions across 10 countries including India, the US, UK, Canada, Ireland, Singapore, HongKong, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland a few of them including top Ivy Leagues like Harvard, Stanford, Princeton, Yale, and Partner Universities like Arizona State University, Middlebury College, Illinois Institute of Technology, University of Queensland, University of Manchester, Brunel University London, University of Greenwich, University of Waikato, National College of Ireland, University of Sydney, Glion, Ecole Duccause, LCB, etc. Our testing partners are ETS TOEFL, IELTS. Employee Position: Graphics Designer (Fulltime)
Office Location: BKC, Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Planning and designing a layout for a digital magazine, banners, brochure, videos, etc by studying relevant information and materials.
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submitting them for approval.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce a final design
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
• Communicating with the internal and external team about layouts and design
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
• Test graphics across various media and amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Understanding project requirements and ideas.
• Using graphic techniques to create drafts.
• Producing logos, banners, and interfaces. Pitching creative concepts.
• Collaborating with the team to launch projects
• Using feedback from manager other teams to improve artwork
Required skills:
• Strong command and mastery of Adobe creative tools such as Photoshop, Adobe XD, InDesign, canva, illustrator, after effects, and premiere pro.
• Ability to communicate text-heavy information through infographics and smooth design processes for educational content.
• Great understanding and design experience of media publishing channels.
• Motion graphics and animation skills.
• Photo manipulation skills.
• Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
• A talent for creativity and problem-solving.
Experience with Graphics and computer-aided design.
Key skills
• Proven graphic designing experience of 1-2 years
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
You are required to have stable, fast internet and a laptop with relevant software.
Start Date: Immediately
Work Timing: 10-7:30 PM (Weekdays), 10-6 PM (Saturday)
Work Days: Monday - Saturday. One Saturday of the month is a holiday
Compensation: INR 1.2 to 3 LPA
Process Details (Rounds/Levels of the selection process):
Round 1: Phone call with supervisor post shortlisting
Round 2: Completion of assigned Task, Post submission, and review of the task.
Round 3/Final round: Online Interview with Recruitment panel
