Position Overview:
The Graphics Designer & Video Editor will play a crucial role in producing visually compelling graphics and engaging video content. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in both graphic design and video editing, with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Create visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, marketing materials, and print.
Design logos, infographics, banners, brochures, and other visual content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to develop and refine design assets.
Video Editing:
Edit and assemble video footage into cohesive and engaging final products for promotional, educational, and entertainment purposes.
Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
Ensure video content meets high-quality standards and aligns with project objectives.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and conceptualize video content.
Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide progress updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve design and editing issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video editing work.
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
