Key Responsibilities:
1. Designing graphics and creatives for social media posts, ads, and digital campaigns.
2. Editing short-form videos such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and testimonials.
3. Extracting and formatting content from Hindi documents, PDFs, or transcripts.
4. Using ChatGPT to generate content ideas, captions, post drafts and scripts.
5. Writing and formatting professional emails and basic copy for communication.
6. Assisting with content scheduling, posting, and maintaining the content calendar.
7. Supporting the team in executing content marketing campaigns.
8. Learning and assisting in Facebook and Instagram ad creation (training will be provided for Meta Ad Management).
9. Handling other miscellaneous creative and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
1. Should have a strong desire to learn and grow in the content and digital marketing space.
2. Comfortable with Hindi and English (for content extraction and basic communication).
3. Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or a willingness to learn.
4. Good understanding of ChatGPT or a willingness to explore AI tools for content creation.
5. Proactive, self-motivated, and open to feedback.
6. Should be able to commit to deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
7. Past experience in design, editing, or content creation (even personal projects) is a plus.
8. Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
