Crossroads Community Church is looking for a Graphics & Video Editor to lead the creation of compelling visual content across social media, weekend services, and key ministry initiatives. As a member of the Creative Team, you'll help to shape the visual voice of our church—editing video, designing graphics, and ensuring everything reflects our mission with excellence. Skills & Background
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Film, or related field or 3+ years of professional experience in visual media production or design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud application (ie: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effect, and Lightroom) (required)
Proficient in storing, organizing, and archiving digital media assets and projects
Excellent technical writing skills are required
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with high level of organization, quality, and attention to detail
Experience with digital media production, including filming, editing, and post-production
Clear understanding of how graphic design, web and multimedia are used in the communications process
Proficiency with computer skills and preferred experience with programs such as:
Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel,) Google Calendar, Planning Center, Asana, ClickUp, Google docs, MailChimp, Facebook, Instagram, and other online social media platforms
Crossroads attendance & participation for a minimum of one year (preferred)
Volunteer church experience for a minimum of two years (5 years preferred)
Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve problems in a timely manner
Must possess strong interpersonal skills
Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, team members, and various departments within the church
Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
Task and detail-oriented (high quality, accurate and efficient)
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing, researching and entering data
Ability to apply discretion and trust with confidential material
Exercise initiative in problem solving and demonstrate ability to maintain composure and work effectively in demanding situations
Must have excellent organizational skills; with a focus driven heart
Must be able to move at a fast pace with tasks and stay organized
Pray for the ministry and God’s work throughout it
Benefits
Full-time positions (employees working 30 to 40 hours per week) at Crossroads Community Church are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off (PTO) (first of the month following 60 days), nine paid holidays per year and immediate participation in the 403b plan, which includes a generous 4% employer match.
