Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced GRC Business Analyst with strong techno-functional
expertise in ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical
solutions, focusing on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) implementations.
Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to GRC processes. - Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. - Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and architects to implement ServiceNow GRC
solutions. - Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC modules including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and Audit Management. - Perform gap analysis and recommend improvements. - Lead workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement sessions. - Ensure solutions align with regulatory and compliance requirements. - Support testing, UAT, and deployment activities. - Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement.
Required Skills: - Strong experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules. - Hands-on experience in business analysis and requirement gathering. - Good understanding of risk, compliance, and audit processes. - Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, and user stories. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications: - ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-GRC/IRM). - Experience in integrations and workflows within ServiceNow. - Exposure to regulatory frameworks like SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR.
Soft Skills: - Excellent problem-solving skills. - Strong analytical thinking. - Ability to work in fast-paced environments. - Good communication and presentation skills.
