GRC |RSA Archer ServiceNow| System Analyst

This role is responsible for the Analysis, Technical Architecture, Design, Implementation, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Configuration Management and Production Support of ITGRC (RSA Archer), GRC module and Employee Service Center of ServiceNow application. Job Responsibilities - Project Management: 1. Configuration of Application workflow for ITGRC automation 2. Executing day-to-day project deliverables for ITGRC (RSA Archer) 3. Coordinating with implementation team and stakeholder on data requirements. 4. Ensure the test results are captured and sign-off mails are received. 5. Updates daily project status to project Manager. Problem Management: 1. Ensure that current incidents reported in tool by stakeholders are promptly taken up & permanent solution or workaround is provided. Coordinate with RSA for any problems/ enhancement Vendor Management: 1. Managing the on-site resource and ensuring the deliverables. 2. Coordinating with vendors for renewals, new license augmentation, negotiation etc. Preparing the Test Cases in co-ordination with vendor and stakeholders Audit Compliance: 1. To manage Vulnerability Scan, OS Patching, AV upgrade activities 2. DR Drill activity to be driven 1. To manage OS and DB baselining activities 2. Manage Change and Release process Financial Management: 1. To execute all the contractual related agreements, amendments and addendums together with vendors and contract management team. 2. To execute FPN and PO in the legacy tools and to co-ordinate with vendor and finance team. BAU 1. Manage Change and Release process Configurations /Enhancements deliverables GRC – ServiceNow & Employee Service Center 1. GRC solution tool evaluation. 2. GRC requirement implementation and solutioning. 3. Maintain High availability of platform 4. Coordinating with vendor partners. 5. Develop custom web pages and workflow in ServiceNow. 6. Work on and understand the value in creating repeatable processes to design development, test, staging and production environments. 7. Unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing. 8. Work on migrating the existing RSA Archer modules to ServiceNow To work on Employee Service Center • Experience -Years of Exp: 8 to 10 years Key Skills · Technical Skills – Win2k1+, SQL, Java Programming, Scripting and ITIL, GRC Concepts, RSA Archer or any ITGRC Tools certification
