Hiring Liability Sales Officers for Axis Bank.
We are hiring vital members for Axis Bank's front-line sales team, details are below:
Position: Business Development Executive / Liability Sales Officers (Axis Bank)
CTC: INR 1.7 LPA - INR 2.25 LPA + [Monthly incentive & Bank Benefits (Loan and Insurance)]
Location: Jodhpur,Hyderabad,Surat,Mohali,Siliguri
Role and Responsibilities:
• Selling of banks and third-party products to new customers.
• Conducting marketing activities and traveling locally to meet new customers as a daily activity.
• Contacting existing customers for more deposits and cross-selling of more products.
• Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization on a daily and monthly basis.
• Complete all mandatory certifications required for the role (AMFI, EUIN, etc.).
• Complete all learning activities conducted by the bank from time to time.
• Daily entry of interaction with customers in the banks CRM system.
• Follow all compliance guidelines (regulatory & legislative) for each activity.
• Participate and follow all initiatives that are undertaken by the bank from time to time
• Officers are required to achieve targets assigned by the bank within initial 6 months for confirmation of their service
Desired Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a self-driven and highly motivated individual who possesses the following qualifications and qualities:
- Possesses a valid driving license and owns a two-wheeler.
- Possesses an Android/iOs device.
- Has a strong intrinsic motivation to excel.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited institution.
