• Prepare designs as per client’s requirement
• Go on field to meet clients
• Source materials and products
-Understand the project scope and client expectations
-Attending regular project meetings, and coordinating with architect and consultant teams to incorporate various green measures identified into the designs.
-LEED/ IGBC / GRIHA and other green building certification Facilitation
Conducting LEED / WELL feasibility study and GAP Assessment and providing design advice
-Providing inputs for BOQ and tender documents
-Perform required calculations for LEED / GRIHA / IGBC documentation
-Documentation for Green Building Certification (LEED/ GRIHA / IGBC) projects.
-Regular follow-ups with client and certification bodies.
-Identify feasible sustainable design concepts for clients
• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
