• Grievance Intern
• Your role in the organisation will be to resolve the grivance in a transparent and impartial manner.
• Meet interns or head to understand the basis for grievance and resolution sought.
• Conduct any investigation required including meeting with the respondent.
• This is just the brief you will be required to work as when the things are required.
