Argos USA Concrete Ready Mix is hiring aCDLA or CDL B Local Ready Mix Concrete Truck Driver in Griffin, GA.The driver will deliver loads to customers in the Griffin area to help them build a variety of projects from residential homes to major commercial infrastructures. This is a non-union position. The driver must be able to drive a +-speed or more manual transmission and must live within 30 miles of Griffin. Argos USA is the industry leader in Ready Mix Concrete. Compensation
Argos a Summit Materials Company
• Average weekly pay: $840.00 to $1,300.00 per week
• Pay Per Load with average of 17-25 loads per week
• 40 Hour Minimum Weekly Pay: $760..00 per week
• Earn extra $1.00 per hour when driving a manual transmission
• Bonuses: Earn up to $4,000 in bonuses your first year, including a sign-on bonus
• Driver Referral Bonus: $500.00 paid after 30 days, $500.00 after 6 months

• Level of Touch: No touch, however, there are physical demand requirements

• Event-triggered cameras Qualifications
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid CDL A or CDL B license
• Recent grads welcome to apply
• Ability to drive a manual truck is required
• Must have a clean MVR and no DUIs within the last 3 years
• No suspensions in the last 30 days
• No substance abuse violations in the last 3 years
• Must not be restricted from driving at night
• Must be able to:
• Lift extension chutes and other items weighing between 25 and 45 pounds, at least 30 percent of the time.
• Work irregular hours depending on customer demands (may average 12 - 14 hour a day, with 1 day at 16 hours, during our busy season).
• Demonstrate the ability to climb up and down ladder/stairs using three points of contact.
• Complete required paperwork for the position.
• Must be registered with the FMCSA's Drug and ******* Clearinghouse.
• Must be able to successfully pass Department of Transportation (DOT) pre-employment drug test, DOT physical, MVR and national background screen, Agility Test
• Must live within 30 miles of Griffin.
