Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operatives
Location: Scotland - Stirling / Falkirk / Clackmannanshire areas
Hourly Rate: £12.50
Contract type: Full time, 7 months fixed-term contract
Working hours: 07:30-16:00 Monday to Friday
About the role
We currently require multiple Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our team to support over the busy spring and summer seasons. Responsibilities will include grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying, and more, to keep several housing association open spaces in a wonderful condition for our client. It’s a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment.
Requirements
• Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is required, as well as pedestrian and ride-on mower experience and experience using other grounds maintenance equipment such as leaf blowers and strimmers.
• A full valid UK driving licence and trailer towing experience.
• PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage, but not essential.
