Job Brief : The Group Account Director would play an integral role in the controlling and handling GAM, Account Managers and Executives. This role involves being a liaison between the team and upper management.
• Will be actively involved in ensuring the daily operational tasks are rightfully executed by the team.
• Ensuring Smooth Operations for India and International Business both, including our homegrown ventures.
• Enhancing the Rapports between Strategy Team,Senior Designers and Senior Copywriters
• Leading brainstorming sessions with senior members of content team and come up with suitable campaigns for clients
• Serving as an expert to the client and enabling them to take right calls.
• Play an active role in finding opportunities to grow key accounts.
• Act as a company representative in case of any escalations
• Assisting the BD team during Pitch work
• Presenting campaign ideas and budgets to the client
• Ensuring that communication flows effectively within the agency team working on the account.
• Knowledge of Tech projects will be an added advantage
• You will be expected to share knowledge and experience to help groom the juniors
• We do not believe in unnecessary upselling
Skills:
• Team Management and People Skills
• Ability to answer teams high curiosity levels and ensure they grow
• Presentation Skills are a must, we have some high standards
• Ability to keep a track of performance numbers for brands and executives both
Experience: 6 - 8 years of account management experience with a leading advertising agency:
• Previous experience for a similar role in a growing organisation is the main criteria
• Will be an added advantage - Postgraduate (MBA)/BMS BMM from a reputed institute
