Job Description:
• Group Chief Marketing Officer is a full-time leadership role within Buzzworks Business Services Pvt. Ltd., reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, GCC & Founder & Country Head, Buzzworks India (jointly). The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) shall have overall responsibility for leading the strategic development, deployment and implementation of all Marketing, Communication, Social & PR engagements activities viz. fundraising, public engagement, and associated marketing strategies, for both Buzzworks and Innovation Group.• You will have joint responsibility for building two independent brands Innovations Group UAE (The Dubai Based entity) and Buzzworks (India).• Take ownership, and develop the Marketing strategy of both companies in 2 distinct geographies (India and the Middle East).• You should be able to express ideas and situations using numerical and mathematical information and work with minimal supervision and demonstrate the ability to take initiatives• You will be in charge of building & mentoring a team of enthusiastic marketing professionals and will direct our marketing efforts towards great success across all our counties of operations.• You will be responsible for analyzing the latest marketing trends and tracking competitors' activities and providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning sales & marketing strategies; initiating market development efforts.• An integral part of this role would be to engage with CXO-level stakeholders and establish/maintain relationships with them.• You should be passionate with exceptional knowledge of all things marketing and should be able to balance a practical mindset with creative business acumen and lead people through complex marketing operations.• The goal is to ensure we deepen the Brand equity, EVP and overall company image across the TG making us successful in outperforming the competition.
