About the role
Step 2 and 3 of the NHS Talking Therapies Hampshire service is provided in partnership by Solent Mind (Step 2) and Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (Step 3).
This role involves providing administrative duties and line management of a small group of administrators that support the groups and webinars. You will be responsible for co-ordinating all the workshops, courses and groups provided by Step 2 of the NHS Talking Therapies Hampshire team, whether online or face-to-face, and oversee the input of data by the group administrators. When the need arises, you will provide support and expertise regarding online webinar platforms, particularly Zoom.
The role will ensure timely and positive delivery of the groups and webinars the group coordinator provides the necessary training to the psychological wellbeing practitioners, assistant psychological wellbeing practitioners and the webinar volunteers on facilitating courses, workshops and groups.
About you
We are looking for someone with good computer skills (including the use of Microsoft Office programs) who can coordinate timetables, bookings and rota systems and who has experience of using online video platforms such as Zoom.
You will also have a background and experience in line management or supervisory duties.
You will need to be problem-solver and possess the ability to work on your own initiative, seeking guidance and support where needed. Excellent time management and organisation skills are required due to the nature of the fast-paced environment.
