Responsibilities
Position Summary/Objective: The individuals in this position provide pivotal support to the Group Events team with the execution of game night functions (before, during and after all home games)
This will be a seasonal part-time role, through the season and potential playoffs
The first full shift will be October 18th, training and orientation will take place prior
Each game day will consist of 2 shifts, the first will take place sometime between approximately 10am-4pm, and the second sometime between approximately 4pm-10pm
Expected availability is for at least one shift each game day

Assist with the fulfillment of all Group Events fan experiences at Timberwolves home games
Staff the Group Zone and Redemption Zone booths at Timberwolves home games
Assist with implementation of single-game group ticket promotions and redemptions
Interact with fans, field questions, and provide excellent customer service
Support initiatives & promotions in the office as needed
Perform and strengthen other duties as they are assigned

We will start interviewing and hiring mid-August, and will make offers around mid-September. The first full shift will be October 18th, training and orientation will take place prior.

Each game day will consist of 2 shifts, the first will take place sometime between approximately 10am-4pm, and the second sometime between approximately 4pm-10pm. Expected availability is for at least one shift each game day.

Pay: $17.00/hour
