The Role
We are seeking a Group Finance Lead and Acting CFO who can lead financial strategy across banking, investments, and growth. This role is central to driving profitability, revenue scale, and capital orchestration as we expand globally.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage banking relationships (India + international).
Partner with investors and institutions to mobilise funding pipelines for expansion.
Design and execute revenue growth strategies alongside product and marketing.
Ensure financial governance, compliance, and reporting across UK + India structures.
Prepare and manage board and investor reporting packs with a focus on scale.
Lead profitability initiatives and monitor unit economics.
Drive capital efficiency, every rupee and dollar working toward growth.
What We’re Looking For
8+ years in finance leadership roles (startup, fintech, or corporate finance).
Strong network across banks, VCs, Sovereign, HNI and institutional investors.
Track record of driving funding rounds, profitability, or IPO prep.
Excellent grasp of international finance operations (UK, India, global payments).
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
