This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving financial strategy, operational excellence, and governance across the organisation.

Strategic Financial Leadership
Provide strategic financial leadership aligned with the Group’s business plan and long-term growth objectives.
Demonstrate a hands-on approach, pitch in when needed, remain visible, engaged, and supportive to empower and develop the finance team.
