In this role, you will deliver safe, engaging, and high-quality group fitness classes across a broad range of program formats. You will motivate participants, build genuine connections, and create an inclusive environment where people of all fitness levels can thrive. Through your energy and expertise, you’ll help members achieve their health and wellbeing goals and keep them coming back.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will:
Deliver high quality Group Fitness classes within all prescribed program formats / guidelines
Ensure the required Group Fitness Studio is set up and class is ready to start as per scheduled time, and studio is packed up at end of class
Ensure the health and safety of all participants
Foster a sense of belonging and build rapport with participants
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE Y
Successful candidates for our Group Fitness Instructor role will also have, or be willing to obtain:
(HLTAID009) Provide CPR
(HLTAID011) Provide First Aid
Professional Registration with applicable governing body (AusActive)
Certificate III or IV in Fitness or Group Exercise Leader certification (Desirable)
