RBB Fitness Studio | Australia’s first fully-certified to-the-beat workout experience
Calling all passionate movers, music lovers, and future stars of group fitness!
This is not your average instructor role.
RBB Fitness Studio is Australia’s first fully-certified to-the-beat workout studio, delivering science-based programming choreographed to music across cardio, strength, core, and Pilates formats. Our programs are licensed to instructors and facilities globally, and now we’re inviting two exceptional instructors to join our stage.

- FREE RBB to the Beat Instructor Training & Certification
(Valued at $750)
- 12 AusActive CECs on completion
- Training across Cardio, Strength, Core & Pilates to-the-beat formats
- A globally recognised certification with the opportunity to teach anywhere in the world
(license required outside of RBB Fitness Studio)
- A permanent class on the timetable once certified
- Opportunity to teach multiple classes per week across early mornings, mid-mornings, evenings & weekends
All training is delivered online, fully supported, and designed to upskill you into a confident, musical, results-driven instructor.
Who this role is perfect for:
This role would suit someone who is:
Already a group fitness instructor
- A dancer or dance teacher
- Studying or completed Cert III in Fitness, Group Exercise Leader (GEL), or equivalent
- Someone who LOVES music-driven workouts and wants to level up their coaching skills
- Confident, energetic, and passionate about creating powerful class experiences
