About the Platform
Silver Lion Capital is currently finalising the acquisition of two established operating groups (“Loftus” and “FCN”), forming a combined platform across:
Receivables-driven working capital
Asset-backed operations
Recurring, cashflow-generative businesses
The structure is designed to be stable, controlled, and scalable from day one.
Why This Role Exists (Important)
This role is being established ahead of completion to ensure:
Immediate operational continuity
Strong financial control from day one
Clear accountability across cashflow, receivables, and assets
Institutional-level oversight without reliance on external support
In simple terms:
The platform is designed to run cleanly from day one — not be “figured out” after settlement
Role Overview
We are appointing a Group GM / Financial Controller to take responsibility across:
Operations (stability + performance)
Finance (control + reporting + cashflow discipline)
This is a core leadership role across the entire platform, not a single business.
Key Responsibilities
Operations (GM)
Maintain continuity across all business units post-completion
Oversee team performance and day-to-day operations
Ensure stable revenue, margins, and delivery
Identify and implement operational efficiencies
Finance (FC)
Full control of group cashflow and working capital
Oversight of receivables, collections, and asset utilisation
Group-level reporting and financial discipline
Coordination with lenders and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in running or controlling real businesses
Strong understanding of cashflow, receivables, and operations
Comfortable in post-acquisition or transition environments
Practical, hands-on, and execution-focused
Structure
Pre-completion: advisory / part-time involvement (optional)
Post-completion: full-time Group leadership role
Direct alignment with platform growth
Pay: $106,785.01 – $203,878.28 per year
Work Location: In person
