About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer, you will be accountable for defining and executing the end-to-end lending strategy, championing growth, innovation, and excellence across all channels. Leading a high-performing team, you will oversee the full credit lifecycle - from acquisition and servicing of residential housing loans to embedding a customer-first, risk-aware culture driven by insight and performance.
Other key responsibilities include:
Lead the design and execution of an omni-channel lending strategy across digital, virtual, and physical channels.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, revenue and profitability through tailored segment strategies.
Champion innovation, leveraging market insights to reimagine lending solutions that balance customer expectations, operational efficiency and financial sustainability.
Oversee the performance of both first and third-party channels, including broker networks and specialist lending teams.
Implement a strong risk management framework aligned with regulatory requirements and organisational appetite.
Collaborate with key business units - Product, Marketing, and Customer Service teams - to ensure seamless, personalised customer experiences.
Continuously evolve our value propositions and segmentation strategy to grow customer loyalty and advocacy.
Represent the Voice of the Customer in strategic forums and lead initiatives that elevate our brand and market presence.

With a distinguished track record in senior leadership in retail lending across a national landscape, you bring the expertise and strategic foresight needed to drive meaningful impact. You have successfully led large, complex, and high-performing teams in revenue generating environments, demonstrating a deep understanding of credit risk, regulatory compliance, and the intricacies of the lending landscape. Your ability to transform business models within the financial services industry is underpinned by a strong commercial acumen and a passion for innovation.
As a data-driven leader, you leverage insights to optimise performance and customer lifetime value, while consistently delivering market-leading, customer centric lending solutions.
