Job Description
Group Leader 14+ years experience preferably in retail banking operations, Capital Markets, Trade, Commercial Banking processes. Experience of handling large teams including managing Tower Leaders, Team Managers and Team Leader Desirable: Experience of working in centralized operational units / BPO / retail banking domain Experience of working along with support functions i.e., IT, HR, Finance, etc. Role Agenda The Group Leader will be responsible for managing Their respective towers in line with the SOW, GOA and delivery agreements. Group Leader shall oversee the Tower Leaders and delivery operations for all SOWs managed by them. Leadership & People management: Leadership role in conceptualizing, developing and executing to deliver best in class service standards. Ops Risk and Controls: Inculcate and develop an operating platform with the highest standards for risk, controls and compliance & reporting. Improve turnaround cycle times & quality and accuracy while maintaining cost efficiencies Partnership: Develop strong partnerships with clients, all the internal support groups that enables implementation of new processes & standardization of existing functions. Customer focus: Embed the "Customer priority" theme at every process level & enhance service standards to ensure we exceed customer expectations, support new business deals Owns delivery targets such as service delivery, customer satisfaction, financial metrics, risk management, people development etc and shapes delivery strategies to ensure operational excellence responsibilities for respective group/towers. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the towers under management. Drives a strong Values driven culture within the group/tower Works with the Tower Leaders to determine strategy to achieve overall business goals. Roles and Responsibilities Ensure associated risks both financial & operational are minimized by establishing a control framework through a combination of system / manual controls, supervisory review and adherence to documented process. ?
