Job Summary
Your role will be to develop engaging and innovative eLearning solutions and integrate the same with learning pathways for effective online learning and assessment across Insurance vertical. The eLearning Developer will have a strong understanding of how to create storyboard and work with subject matter experts (Training team) and plan accordingly further development and UAT of online modules. He/she will be responsible for documenting project progress with leaders
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with SME and training team to understand the requirement
• The developer should have proficiency and expertise in software tools like Articulate 360, Photoshop, Vyond, and understanding in LMS/LXP
• Independently handle project ,deployment and ongoing monitoring of the product/tasks
• Develop and implement best practice training strategies related to online CBT and digital content
• Provide solutions on digital learning for learners which are easy to
• Work closely in end user feedback, outcomes, customer experience and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business SMEs, vendor representatives and business analysts to incorporate
• Develop business process and standard operating procedure (SOP) in digital form
• Publish modules and Quiz on the LMS as per the schedule or requirement.
