Job Description
Selected candidate will work for Sun City Fashion Group European apparel company with a strong production and sourcing footprint across Asia is seeking an experienced Group Quality Head to lead and strengthen quality operations across multiple countries. This is a strategic leadership role based in Tiruppur, India, overseeing multi-country production environments.
Key Requirements
Strong technical knowledge of garments manufacturing (knowledge of accessories is an added advantage).
Proven leadership experience managing and guide multi-country production and quality teams.
Capable of managing operational and quality challenges remotely while ensuring effective problem resolution.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with a structured, solution-driven approach.
Ability to implement and monitor quality management systems, corrective and preventive action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Willingness to travel frequently across Asian countries.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing multi-country production environments.
Strong coordination skills across sourcing, production, and merchandising teams.
Results-driven professional with a strong focus on preventive quality control rather than reactive correction.
