Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the sale of guest rooms and meeting catering functions

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients

• Prospect new business opportunities

• Manage events from beginning to end, ensuring all logistical aspects are taken care of

• Collaborate with the kitchen and Banquets team to ensure smooth execution of events

• Prepare contracts and agreements for clients

• Maintain accurate records of client information and event details
