Description:
What You'll Do:
Training Coordination

Lead the charge on mandatory training registrations for Mercedes-Benz Australia.
Enrol new and existing team members in essential training pathways.
Monitor attendance and completion to guarantee dealership training compliance.
Collaborate with department managers to ensure team participation.
Keep accurate training records and follow up on outstanding requirements.
Dealer Systems Administration

Set up new employees on our Mercedes-Benz systems and platforms.
Manage role access and permissions to maintain security compliance.
Handle ad-hoc requests for access adjustments and support tickets.
Maintain precise records of system users and access levels across the group.
Customer Complaints Coordination

Oversee a centralised register of customer complaints across all dealerships.
Ensure consistent and timely follow-up on customer concerns.
Work closely with managers for prompt and professional resolution.
Document complaint timelines and outcomes, supporting escalation processes when necessary.

Ability to visit and support our four sites - Mercedes-Benz Berwick, Brighton, Waverley & Mornington on a rotating roster
Exceptional organisational and administrative skills with an eye for detail.
Expertise in managing multiple priorities across several locations.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-ups.
Strong record-keeping and systems management abilities.
Experience in dealership administration or automotive operations (highly regarded).
Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive customer matters.
