Salary: Circa 35k (DOE)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30-17:00)
Our client offers a start to finish solution to global freight and logistics solutions in an ever changing market. They provide tailor made solutions for all types of freight movements and associated services supported by industry leading IT platforms, ensuring they deliver peace of mind to all of their customers
To coincide with their growth and development plans for 2026 and beyond we are seeking to appoint a new Groupage Operator to our growing team in based from our offices in Middlesbrough.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day Freight operations
• Handling Import/Export shipments and documentation.
• Raising Job files and all of the appropriate operations paperwork.
• Liaise with hauliers/shipping lines
• Extensive supplier and client liaison and negotiation.
Requirements
• Experience in a similar role: Freight operator/clerk/coordinator, Import/Export operator/clerk/coordinator
• Experience with Road Freight
• Experience with Short Sea
• Experience with Import/Export operations
