About the Role
We are looking for a qualified Business instructor to teach in our DBM (Diploma in Business Management) program. The instructor will be responsible for delivering business courses to two groups of students, with approximately 36 students per group. This is a part-time position starting in May 2026.
Responsibilities
Teach 20 business courses in total, with each course completed in 3 weeks (6 teaching hours per course)
Teach two groups simultaneously, with each group meeting once per week for a 2-hour class
Hold 2 office hours per week to support students
Develop original PowerPoint presentations and teaching materials for each course
Prepare lesson plans, grade assignments, and provide student feedback outside of class hours
Qualifications
Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of full-time college-level business teaching experience
English proficiency is required for classroom instruction
Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus for student communication outside of class
Ability to create high-quality PPTs and course materials independently
Compensation
Teaching rate: 30 per hour (in−class instruction) Office hours rate: 30 per hour (in−class instruction) Office hours rate: 25 per hour
Additional hours for lesson preparation, assignment grading, and PPT creation will be compensated separately based on actual time worked.
