Regular on-farm visits and involvement in activities like grower groups, mill tours, shed meetings, and Wilmar-hosted events will be essential to help ensure growers stay informed and engaged with the marketing program.

Your Role in Action
Grower Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with growers and industry participants, through regular face-to-face and phone interactions
Marketing & Product Promotion: Actively promote Wilmar's sugar pricing and marketing offerings, serving as the primary point of contact for all related grower enquiries
Client Portfolio Management: Manage and grow an existing portfolio of growers using strong relationship and account management skills
Market Insights & Communication: Provide growers with relevant international sugar market updates to support informed decision-making
Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Propose improvements to pricing, communication, and service delivery to enhance the grower experience
Product Support & Service Delivery: Deliver ongoing support and guidance on Wilmar's suite of pricing, pooling, and advance payment products to maximise grower value
CRM & Internal Collaboration: Maintain accurate Salesforce records and contribute to team development through collaboration and mentoring
Your Winning Combination
Our ideal candidate will hold tertiary qualifications in agriculture, business, finance, or economics, and bring proven experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills and a track record of building and maintaining effective customer relationships are essential. Experience within the sugar industry, and Salesforce experience, will be highly regarded.
