Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information.
• Product Knowledge and Demonstration: Properly conduct demo sessions and educate customers about the importance of public speaking courses. Close deals on the spot during the session itself.
• Customer Service: Address customer concerns and complaints, offering resolutions in a timely manner. Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work closely with other sales teams and associates to achieve monthly targets.
