Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled sales associate to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with other sales teams to achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction and Assistance: Greet and engage with customers to understand their needs. Provide product information and recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information.
• Product Knowledge and Demonstration: Properly conduct demo sessions and educate customers about the importance of public speaking courses. Close deals on the spot during the session itself.
• Customer Service: Address customer concerns and complaints, offering resolutions in a timely manner. Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with other sales teams and associates to achieve monthly targets.
