Group 8A is a New York–based digital marketing agency helping brands grow through strategic planning, creative strategy, content, and full-funnel marketing systems. We are expanding our Growth Team and hiring a Senior BDR who can generate high-quality leads and support the sales pipeline.
Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Senior BDR who knows how to generate leads, qualify prospects, and book meetings through outbound efforts. This role requires strong prospecting ability and experience using lead-generation tools.
You must be comfortable identifying potential clients, sending outreach, and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls).
Use lead generation tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Crunchbase, etc.
Build targeted prospect lists based on ideal client profile.
Conduct discovery/intake calls to evaluate prospect fit.
Book qualified meetings for the Growth/Sales team.
Maintain a structured follow-up and outreach system.
Track all activities in CRM and maintain excellent data hygiene.
Achieve monthly KPIs for leads generated, meetings booked, and conversions.
Required Experience
2–5 years of experience as a BDR / SDR in a digital marketing agency (MUST).
Strong experience using lead tools (Apollo, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot CRM).
Proven track record of generating your own leads.
Strong communication skills and ability to handle outreach confidently.
Organized, self-driven, and comfortable in a remote role.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience generating leads for creative, digital marketing, or growth agencies.
Ability to write strong outreach messages that convert.
Understanding of agency services (creative, content, branding, marketing).
