• You'll be the driving force behind all our digital marketing initiatives.
• You'll develop, implement, track and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
• You'll own all of our marketing channels and measure their success.
• You'll be in charge of creating a digital marketing strategy that supports our overarching business goals.
• Ideally, all this will result in acquisition, retention and loyalty of customers.
• You'll work together with content marketer and designer to craft beautiful and compelling stories for campaigns.
• Ultimately, as a Growth Marketer, you'll make sure our message reaches our target audience.
• You should be able to manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Highly creative and should have experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert.
• Optimize landing pages and user funnels.
• Skilled in experimentation.
• Should be able to get solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
• Should have a working knowledge of Google Ads and social media advertising. Must have strong analytical skills.
• Must see exciting marketing possibilities in new technologies and emerging trends.
• Competitive analysis skill
• English proficiency
Requirements: •
• 5+ years of B2C marketing experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with multiple channels of paid marketing marketing - SEM, SEO, social, mobile, display, affiliate
• Ability to build & maintain the marketing.

Salary: ₹15,252.23 - ₹35,931.15 per month
