The Job
Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Growth Hacker to join their team in Bangalore. As a Growth Hacker, you will play a crucial role in driving B2B client acquisition through webinars and events, implementing marketing automation via SMS, email, and WhatsApp, curating compelling written and video content for blogs and YouTube videos, and leveraging strategies such as eBooks, webinars, and videos to enhance brand reach.
In addition, you will handle corporate communication, utilize your expertise in written marketing communication, and demonstrate comfort and confidence in front of the camera.
Your responsibilities will include :
• Planning and executing impactful webinars and events to attract and convert potential B2B clients.
• Strategizing and deploying effective marketing automation campaigns using SMS, email, and WhatsApp to engage and nurture leads.
• Developing written and video content for blogs and YouTube videos that effectively communicates our brand's value proposition and engages our target audience.
• Utilizing innovative strategies, such as eBooks, webinars, and videos, to expand our brand's visibility and reach a wider audience.
• Taking ownership of corporate communication, ensuring consistent and effective messaging across internal and external channels.
• Producing persuasive and compelling written content for various marketing collateral, including emails, landing pages, social media posts, and website copy.
• Presenting confidently and professionally in front of the camera for video content creation, delivering engaging presentations, webinars, and other video materials.
The Profile
• You have 2-3 years of experience in growth hacking, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of acquiring clients through webinars and events.
• You have strong knowledge of marketing automation tools and strategies, particularly in SMS, email, and WhatsApp campaigns.
• You have excellent content creation skills, both written and video formats, with the ability to craft engaging and informative materials.
• You have familiarity with strategies like eBooks, webinars, and videos to maximize brand reach and visibility.
• You have experience in corporate communication, ensuring consistent messaging and effective communication both internally and externally.
• You have background in mass communication or a related field is desirable, providing a strong foundation for effective communication practices.
• You are comfortable and camera-friendly, able to present confidently and professionally in front of the camera for video content creation.
