Instant seeks an energetic Growth Marketer to supercharge our growth ambitions.
Instant is a technology company on a mission to power the world's most innovative brands, driving their revenue and retention on autopilot. We are entering an exciting hyper-growth phase, expanding the business by over $1M in new revenue every month, have 4 products in market, entering and hiring in new global regions, raised $30M+ by top VC’s across three funding rounds, and we want you to be a critical part of scaling up this velocity even further!
Instant is seeking a Growth Marketer to join our Growth team, focused on driving in-bound and self-serve growth. We’ve grown at a rapid pace over the past 12 months through outbound sales, and now, one of our biggest bets is launching self-serviceability for brands. Our dream is to allow any brand around the globe to gain the full value of our products, without ever needing to speak to us. To do this we need to develop a strong in-bound channel, attracting brands to Instant in an organic, creative way.
We believe self-serve revenue will be our biggest growth channel within the next 6 months, and you’ll have the exciting/ rare opportunity to be a strong part of establishing this from the ground up.
As a Growth Marketer you will:
Own top-of-funnel inbound demand generation, growing the revenue of our self-serve channel
Plan, implement, test, and measure campaigns to drive traffic to our website and increase self-serve conversions
Measure and consistently improve the self-serve conversion funnel
Own and drive our content marketing efforts, across social and video for example.
Utilise SEO strategies to increase our online awareness.
Drive inbound lead generation through experimentation.
Manage and lead Instant’s attendance at all key retail events.
Own our front-door surfaces, including website, marketing messaging and conversion funnels.

Proven experience in growth marketing and content marketing. You’re able to make an immediate impact.
Strong understanding and experience with SEO, content marketing strategies, and inbound lead generation
Ability to manage projects end-to-end with a practical, results-driven approach
