Description
Airtribe is looking for a passionate and data-driven Growth Marketer to help us expand our learner base and grow revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive awareness, acquisition and referral. This is a hands-on role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of user behavior and digital marketing channels
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across organic and inorganic channels
• You will work closely with the product, community and sales teams to ensure we can generate leads for our courses in a predictable way
• Analyze user data to identify trends and insights that can be used to optimize user awareness, acquisition and referral.
• You will help run events and workshops to build the top of the funnel for our courses
• Collaborate with the product team to work on product-led growth initiatives like referrals and promotions
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, user acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value.
• Continuously test and refine marketing campaigns to improve performance and drive growth.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing, community-led products and EdTech
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in technology, marketing, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably with some experience in education and community projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with digital marketing channels, including email, social media, paid search, and performance marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
• Familiarity with marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Mailmodo, Amplitude, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Microsoft Clarity etc
