Job Description
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities for security services (Security Guards, Supervisors, Gunmen, etc.)
• Meet potential clients (corporates, residential societies, commercial establishments) to pitch our services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs, competition, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Achieve sales targets and report on performance metrics.
• Represent the company at networking events, expos, and industry meets.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in security services or facility management is a plus)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork
• Basic knowledge of security services and industry trends
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
• Minimum Qualification: Graduate
• Own vehicle preferred
