Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive (Meta Ads) with deep expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate must have experience managing high-budget Meta campaigns, scaling performance, and collaborating closely with creative and content teams to deliver strong growth in brand awareness and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
• Manage and optimize campaigns with monthly budgets of ₹10 lakh or more to achieve maximum ROI and brand visibility.
• Develop performance-driven campaign strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Analyze campaign data, track key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.), and prepare detailed performance reports.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to create compelling ad creatives, visuals, and copy.
• Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages to improve performance.
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging and tone across all Meta ad campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous optimization and efficient budget allocation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in managing Meta Ads.
• Prior experience in the beauty, clean beauty, personal care, or D2C e-commerce industry is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and scale Meta campaigns with ₹10 lakh+ monthly budgets.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager and Excel.
• Excellent coordination, project management, and communication skills.
