We’re looking for someone who wants to build real marketing systems that generate leads, bookings and revenue.
Not someone who just schedules content.
Not someone who “supports campaigns”.
You will execute, optimise and improve our clients campaigns across two ambitious brands:
Booked Wild™ – helping travel experience providers increase direct bookings and reduce OTA dependence
Nivo Digital – a performance-focused SEO & PPC agency for service-based businesses
Growth means commercial impact.
If it doesn’t drive measurable results, we don’t do it.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
Campaign Execution (Hands-On)
Launching and optimising Google Ads campaigns
Supporting Meta Ads campaigns
Building landing pages and funnels
Setting up email automations
Implementing SEO improvements
Social media organic management
Content creation
Video editing (if skills exist)
You won’t be briefing agencies.
You will be building and improving campaigns yourself.
AI-Driven Marketing Systems
AI is not a gimmick here. It’s part of daily workflow.
You will:
Use AI to accelerate content production
Improve workflow efficiency
Create repeatable campaign systems
Test and refine AI-powered marketing processes
We care about output and effectiveness — not busywork.
Performance & Optimisation
Tracking leads and conversions
Improving landing page performance
Identifying drop-offs in funnels
Reporting clearly on ROI
You must be comfortable looking at numbers and making decisions based on them.
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
Campaigns launched independently
Clear improvement in cost per lead
Lead funnels live and converting
AI workflows embedded into daily marketing execution
Clear monthly reporting with commercial insight

Essential Experience
1–3+ years in digital marketing
Basic understanding of SEO and PPC
Strong written English
Experience executing campaigns (not just assisting)
Confidence using digital tools independently
Desirable:
WordPress experience
CRM/automation tool experience
Experience using AI tools in marketing
Video editing
