About Born Good (Be Better Personal Care Private Limited)
Born Good is a digital first FMCG brand with a core mission to enable people contribute to the planet in a small yet significant way. Born Good products are USDA certified and plant based. About the Role
The candidate will be responsible for new customer acquisition on our D2C platform. First time acquisitions will be done via Meta (FB & Instagram), near, influencers and affiliates. A candidate with experience in all aspects of performance marketing both aspects will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
First time (new) customer acquisition via Facebook (Meta) & Google ads
• Develop, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google platforms
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports on key metrics
• Utilize analytics to drive insights and optimize campaign strategies
• Continuously create and test audiences and work with the creative team to come up with new creative angles and ideas
Repeat (existing) customer acqusition via CRM
• Create campaings via CRM to retain existing customers
• Channels include SMS / Whatsapp / Email
• Perform audience analysis and make approproate segments
• Create and schedule campaigns
• Create, update and monitor automations
Creative management
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages
CRO Optmizations
• Optimize the Shopify backend, including home pages, collection pages, and overall UI/UX, to improve conversion rates
• Develop and implement cart upsell strategies and tactics to increase average order value.
Reporting
• Daily / weekly / monthly reporting formats to be executed
Skills we are looking for
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or a similar role
• Expertise in Meta and Google advertising platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Experience in setting up, running, and optimizing ad campaigns
• Proficiency in analytics tools and reporting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with external agencies
• Experience with Shopify and optimizing ecommerce websites for better performance
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross functional teams in a high growth environment
• Good spoken and written English
• Fast to respond and good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and an open mind to learn new things
