The Growth Marketer is expected to work across several aspects of marketing – from branding and positioning to targeted outreach, campaigns, events, and communication across channels.
Key roles & responsibilities are as under:
• Work closely with the Business Development team and the Product teams to develop product positioning and messaging, that resonates with merchants and differentiates our product
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for various marketing programs and campaigns
• Design & implement market specific strategies to accelerate demand generation - SEO, Paid Marketing, Lead magnets like Webinars, E-Books etc
• Ensure that all marketing projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
• Manage external vendors and agency partners to ensure quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines
• Lead post-project evaluation and analysis to measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives
• Own the content charter: Work with all stakeholders for building marketing communications (e.g. sales documentation, product videos, website, newsletters, blogs, customer case studies and whitepapers)
• Product Evangelisation: PR / Channel Marketing / Events / Conferences
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
• Full-time position based in Bangalore
• Bachelor's or Master's in marketing or related discipline
• 1-3 years of product marketing experience, preferably in an Enterprise SaaS industry
• Foundational marketing and campaign management experience
• Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to take product adoption to exceptional heights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to carve out actionable, data-driven insights to shape product and marketing strategy
• Metrics-driven and analytical; proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results through self and others
• Ability to execute strategies through internal and external stakeholders, while maintaining a high bar on quality of execution
• Ability to flex with business needs: copywriting, optimizing onboarding conversions, content strategies, email/push, distribution activities
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment
