Job Summary:

Our company is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who is entrepreneurial, data focused, and hands on across all areas of the marketing function. They will be responsible for developing and executing customer acquisition campaigns, and focused on acquiring new customers in order to grow the brand. Your main duties include running experiments across the funnel, improving conversion rate, and working cross-department to collaborate on new initiatives.

Responsibilites:

· Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising

· Develop a unified approach to the company’s overall marketing efforts in collaboration with with the social media, product, and design teams

· Create brand marketing campaigns (in collaboration with relevant internal teams) that will be aimed at increasing brand awareness and engaging with existing audiences

· Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features)

· Leverage analytic tools (Google Analytics, Think with Google, and Google Trends) during market research to find ways to enhance the company’s marketing efforts

· Ensure the company blog, social media accounts, and website are continuously updated and optimized to provide a great user experience

· Compile performance reports to brief executive leadership on marketing initiatives and product performance and provide recommendations on improvement strategies

· Find and address issues in the marketing funnel to prevent and reduce customer churn

· Build, own and be accountable for the entire marketing funnel

· Find opportunities to to rapidly grow customer acquisition

· ROI driven marketing strategies that drive the direction of landing pages, websites, copy, layouts and funnels that are designed to convert

· Strategise with the CEO + GM Commercial how to optimize pricing tiers for growth

· Develop, monitor and improve live campaigns, analyze websites and funnels and prepare performance analysis reports that identify areas of opportunity.

· Provide reporting to the senior management team against agreed performance measures, and provide insights on future strategies
