We're a rapidly scaling HRIS SaaS company on a mission to simplify HR, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and employee management for businesses of all sizes. Our all-in-one platform helps HR teams work smarter, not harder — and we're just getting started.
As we grow, we're looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes experimentation, data, and scalable acquisition.
If you love turning insights into campaigns that move the needle on leads, sign-ups, and revenue, this is your chance to own growth in a high-impact environment.
What you'll do:
Own end-to-end growth campaigns across paid, organic, email, content, and social channels
Design, run, and optimise A/B tests, landing pages, and funnel experiments to improve conversion rates
Analyse performance data and turn it into clear, actionable strategies
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing with pipeline goals
Build and nurture demand-generation programs targeted at HR leaders, SMEs, and scale-ups
Help shape our brand voice and create compelling content that educates and converts
Track and report on key growth metrics: CAC, LTV, ROI, pipeline contribution
What we're looking for:
2–5+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing (SaaS/B2B experience highly preferred)
Proven track record of driving measurable growth — whether that's lead volume, user acquisition, or revenue impact
Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot/Salesforce, and Excel/Google Sheets
Creative thinker who is comfortable with rapid experimentation and learning from both wins and failures
Excellent written and verbal communication — you can craft copy that resonates with HR professionals
Bonus: Experience in HR tech, recruitment software, or payroll tools
